PP is owned and managed by 100 member companies in Värmland, northen Dalsland and Örebro county in central Sweden. In 2013 Sweden’s innovation agency (Vinnova) granted Paper Province a ten year financing, supporting the strategic idea to build a large scale demonstrator that from a service perspective can verify, test and implement new products and services derived from the forest-based industry value chains.
