He holds master degree in business from Vilnius university and professional certificate in management from Judge Business School of Cambridge university (UK). He has previously established one of the first startup accelerators in CEE and has been part of early stage investment ecosystem build up in Lithuania for last 10 years. Among other activities, Rokas has given several courses at colleges and university, is a frequent speaker and host of innovation-themed events, mentors startups and holds several board seats with technology companies.
